Firstcall Services Ltd. provides a wide and diverse range of Security guard services, from man guarding and door supervision to CCTV monitoring and access control duties. The roles include static security guarding duties, foot patrols, mobile patrols and site visits to various properties, monitoring and responding to reported incidents and alarms, monitoring and responding to the CCTV systems and key holding duties, workplace risk assessment, hotel security protection, health and safety risk assessment.
In addition to the above, we have a team specially trained for Hotel security where customer service becomes the focus of the training process.
SIA accepted examinations are conducted after each training session to ensure full understanding of the role of the security officer/door supervisor has been established.
